The host was incredibly friendly and spoke German, helping me navigate the area and find amenities. The neighborhood was peaceful with a charming village atmosphere, perfect for enjoying coffee at the local church square. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, even providing a bathrobe and single-use slippers. The bus stop to the city center was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore. a fantastic stay with a wonderful host and great value for money.

The rooms at Ιlias Rooms were amazing! They had a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, which was perfect for us as we love to make our own coffee in the morning. The living room with a flat-screen TV was cozy and great for relaxing in the evenings. The private bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a refreshing shower. we felt right at home in these rooms.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the air conditioning in every unit. But hey, I know some people love it!

The hotel is conveniently located near the port, making it easy to access for travelers arriving by ferry. It is also close to the city center, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. the rooms are comfortable, with spacious beds and balconies. the bathrooms are clean and the showers have good water pressure. the owner is helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy the included breakfast, which consists of cheese, ham, marmalade, and coffee. the hotel offers parking space for those who come by car.
The bus system in the area can be a bit confusing, with limited information and timetables displayed at bus stops.

The rooms at Ιlias Rooms in Patras were absolutely amazing! The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, made it so convenient for us to prepare our own meals. The cozy living room with a flat-screen TV made us feel right at home. Plus, each room had its own private bathroom with free toiletries and a shower, which was so convenient. As a low-key guest who likes to have all the comforts of home, I absolutely loved it!
I have to admit, the only thing I didn't love about Ιlias Rooms was the air conditioning in every unit. As someone who prefers fresh air, it felt a bit stuffy.

cleanliness. spacious room with large balcony. kitchen well stocked - but could use spatula and ladle/spoon. small breakfast included - coffee/tea and ham/cheese toast.
Can't recommend highly enough.
